You will receive a tracking number from the online store that you ordered from as well as tracking is available through your Sinogen account

Full payment is required before we place your order Online bank transfer ,Bank Deposit or Cash on pick up is available

You can exchange the item at no additional cost except delivery or pick up fees or you can get store credit We do not accept returns for custom orders .No refund will be issued after custom order has been placed
