Upon using this website and placing any orders,you agree to comply with our terms , guidelines,delivery ,payment and return policies . We can cancel any order we deem fraulent or otherwise, three cancelled orders /deliveries will result in blacklisting.
Refunds /Returns/ Exchanges
Thrift Items are non –refundable and unexchangable after transaction has been made
Pre-Order Items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for items of equal or greater value, the difference can be paid in cash.
Custom Orders are non –refundable and unexchanable after transaction has been made
Exchange fee is the same as delivery cost , packaging and label must be intact, items must be a good as new .
Items such as jewelry , undergarments not limited to them are non refundable / exchangable
Instock Items/Reserves
Acceptable reasons for refunds are
Defects:Once customer provides sufficient proof of defeat ,full refund will be awarded to customer ,excluding any delivery fees via Online Bank Transfer Only or Cash at our Pick up point in Embacadere San Fernando.
Not as Described: If the item you ordered is not like the stock photos,you can return or exchange the item , full refund will be awarded to customer ,excluding any delivery fees via Online Bank Transfer Only or Cash at our Pick up point in Embacadere San Fernando.
To exchange an item via any of our courier services the delivery fee will be charged.In some cases the customer will need to print an official return label
If you don't like the item: You can return or exchange the item , store credit will be given ,not including delivery fees (within 7 days of receiving the item)

Fees
C3 pick up has a $15 late fee charge for every hour late after the chosen pick up time
Clothing will be eligible for try on , and harnesses , if any damage done to the product/s,they will be considered sold
20% Cancellation fees on pre-order items once we already placed the order for the item, no fee will be charged if the order is cancelled beforehand or after 8 weeks of waiting.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders must be collected within 30days of your notification to collect the pre-order item.Failure to collect within 30 days will result in blacklisting and your item will be sold , auctioned off to staff or disposed .The buyer will no longer be eligible for refunds after 30days ,any downpayment will be considered a loss.The buyer can cancel anytime within the month , they will receive a refund of 80% of downpayment made not include any delivery fees.Refunds will be done via online bank transfer or cash pick up at our site
Brand Ambassador
As a brand ambassador or promoter or any person given items ,commission or money to promote our items you agree to respect our ideals and not misrepresent our brand .You acknowledge that any form of discrimination will result in a revoke and withdrawal from our ambassador programme.Another reason for explusion would be inability to produce quality and acceptable content displaying our products , long waiting time 2-4 weeks to create content unless stated otherwise, inability to tag us .Any of these would result in a ban from our program and the products must be returned to us , if the agreed terms are not fulfilled.
