Is Downpayment Required?

Prepayment by Courier

Option 1: 100% Payment
  • Payment Method: Cash or Linx (via courier)

How it Works:

  • The courier collects full payment at the time of delivery.
  • No additional charges for cash or Linx payments via courier.
Option 2: 50% Downpayment
  • Payment Method: Cash or Linx (via courier)

How it Works:

  • The courier collects a 50% downpayment at the time of delivery, with the remaining 50% due upon receipt of the product.
  • Additional Delivery Fee: $45 TTD for the 50% downpayment option.

How long do preorders take ?


Standard preorders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks. Orders are placed with our supplier every Saturday.


How do custom orders work?



Simply send us the item link. We will provide a quote, estimated arrival time, and payment options before placing your order.

Do you offer custom orders?


Yes! We can order from stores such as Shein, Temu, Amazon, AliExpress, and many U.S.-based retailers

Yes! Ready-stock items are shipped or available for pickup within 2–5 business days.

Where can I collect my order?

You can collect your order at:

  • Gulf City Mall, La Romaine (in front of Starbucks)
  • C3 Centre, San Fernando (in front of Wonderful World)

Is there a fee for exchanges?

Yes. Exchange requests are subject to a $45 TTD exchange fee.

Are returns free?


Your first return request is free. Additional returns may be subject to a fee equivalent to the current delivery fee.

What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry
  • Harnesses
  • Garters
  • Swimsuits
  • Undergarments
  • Temporary Tattoos
  • Stickers

Can I return an item?


In-stock items may be returned if they meet the requirements outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Can I get a refund on a preorder or custom order?


No. Preorder and custom order items are non-refundable but may be eligible for exchange.

Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit?


Yes. Most items are exchangeable in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

How do I know what size to order?


Size charts are provided whenever available. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes!

  • Free Delivery is available on qualifying website orders over $100 TTD.
  • Free Express Shipping is available on qualifying website orders over $1000 TTD.


Please note that these promotions apply to qualifying website orders only and do not apply to custom orders unless otherwise stated.

How much is delivery?

Local delivery is $45 TTD throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

How long do custom orders take?

For stores such as Shein, Temu, Amazon, AliExpress, and most U.S.-based retailers, custom orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks. Express processing may be available depending on the store or supplier selected.

What is Express Shipping?

Express Shipping allows your order to be submitted immediately after payment instead of waiting for our weekly supplier order. Express orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks.
