What are Preorders?


These are products that are not stocked unless a customer places an order for the item.It is specifically ordered or preordered for that customer from overseas

How does it work?

  • Add to Cart the items you want.
  • Proceed to Checkout.
  • Fill in your delivery or pickup information.
  • Choose your delivery method or pickup location.
  • Select your payment method.
    Note: 100% or 50% advance payment is required and can be paid via courier or at pickup (no additional cost). This is needed before your preorder can be processed.
  • Complete your order by clicking "Place Order".

    Once your order is confirmed via email & WhatsApp, we’ll take care of the rest.
    Your preorder will be delivered or available for pickup once it arrives in Trinidad.
    Track your package every step of the way — from Warehouse > Miami > Trinidad.

How Long does it take?


Preorders can take up to 2-5 weeks

Is Downpayment Required ?

Preorder Pre-Payment Options:

Option 1: 100% Payment
  • Online Bank Transfer/Deposit (Free Delivery)
  • Cash Payment (at Gulf City Mall, no additional cost)
  • Cash/Linx Payment (via courier service, no additional cost)
Option 2: 50% Downpayment

50% Downpayment required, with the remaining balance due upon delivery
  • Cash/Linx Payment (via courier service) Additional delivery fee: $45 TTD
  • Cash Payment (at Gulf City Mall, no additional cost)
  • Online Bank Transfer/Deposit (Free Delivery)

Please note: Pre-payment (in full or partial) is required for the preorder to be processed.

Is there a Cancellation Fee ?


There is no cancellation fee for preorders if your order hasn't been placed .However if you cancel after we've already placed your order the fee would 20%

Pre-Payment by Courier ?

Prepayment by Courier

Option 1: 100% Payment
  • Payment Method: Cash or Linx (via courier)

How it Works:

  • The courier collects full payment at the time of delivery.
  • No additional charges for cash or Linx payments via courier.
Option 2: 50% Downpayment
  • Payment Method: Cash or Linx (via courier)

How it Works:

  • The courier collects a 50% downpayment at the time of delivery, with the remaining 50% due upon receipt of the product.
  • Additional Delivery Fee: $45 TTD for the 50% downpayment option.
