Cancellation Policy
At Sinogen Clothing, we want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for all our customers. Please carefully review our cancellation policy below:
1. Pre-Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a **pre-order** after it has been placed, the following applies:
- Cancellation Fee: A 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the order if the cancellation is requested after the order has been placed, but before the item has been shipped.
- No Cancellation Fee: If the pre-order item has not yet been placed, you may cancel the order without any fee.
2. Delivery Attempts & Order Cancellation
For local deliveries, we allow up to **3 delivery attempts**. If the courier is unable to successfully deliver the package after 3 tries, the order will be automatically cancelled, and a refund (if applicable) will be issued minus any cancellation fees.
3. Blacklisted Customers
Customers who have been blacklisted due to non-payment or repeated issues will be required to pay for future orders in full **in advance**. These customers will not be eligible for any cancellation or return rights unless otherwise specified in the policy.
4. In-Stock Item Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an **in-stock item** before it has been shipped, there is no cancellation fee. If the item has already been shipped, our Return & Refund Policy will apply instead.
