At Sinogen Clothing, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently across Trinidad and Tobago. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

1. Delivery Zones

We deliver to all major zones in Trinidad and Tobago.

Please note that due to courier safety policies, customers in certain areas may be required to meet the courier at a designated safe location near their village or community.

2. Package Tracking

Tracking is provided for all delivery methods, allowing you to monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.

3. Preorder & Custom Order Notice

Standard Preorders

  • Orders are placed with our supplier every Saturday.
  • Estimated arrival time: 2–4 weeks.

Express Preorders

  • Orders are placed immediately after payment is received.
  • Estimated arrival time: 2–3 weeks.

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are processed using the same ordering schedule as preorders.
  • For stores such as Shein, Temu, AliExpress, Amazon, and most U.S.-based retailers, the standard estimated arrival time is 2–4 weeks.
  • Express processing may be available depending on the store or supplier selected.
  • Estimated arrival times and fees for express custom orders will be communicated before payment is made.

Please Note:

  • Custom order timelines may vary depending on the retailer, supplier, stock availability, and shipping method selected.
  • Free Express Shipping promotions do not apply to custom orders.
  • Express processing availability for custom orders depends on the store or supplier.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier processing, customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

4. Delivery Methods & Pricing

Local Delivery

  • Cost: $45 TTD
  • Delivery Time:
    • In-Stock Items: 2–5 business days
    • Standard Preorders: 2–4 weeks
    • Express Preorders: 2–3 weeks
  • Payment Methods Accepted:

    • Linx on Delivery
    • Online Bank Transfer
    • Bank Deposit
    • PayPal
  • The courier will call or message you on the day of delivery.

Express Shipping Upgrade

  • Cost: $75 TTD
  • Estimated Arrival Time: 2–3 weeks
  • Your preorder is submitted immediately after payment is received instead of waiting for our weekly supplier order.
  • Ideal for customers who would like their preorder processed as quickly as possible.
  • Free Express Shipping: Available on qualifying website orders over $1,000 TTD. Excludes custom orders.

Gulf City Mall Pickup (Free)

  • Location: Gulf City Mall, La Romaine (in front of Starbucks)
  • Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Payment Methods:

C3 Centre Mall Pickup (Free)

  • Location: C3 Centre, San Fernando (in front of Wonderful World)
  • Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

5. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery

Cash payment can be made at the time of delivery or at the designated pickup location. Change will be provided if needed.

Linx on Delivery

We accept Debit and Credit Cards via Linx at the time of delivery.

Online Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit

If you prefer to pay ahead of time, please transfer payment to the following account:
