Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Sinogen Clothing. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Shipping Policy
Sinogen Clothing is dedicated to providing a smooth and efficient delivery experience to all our customers across Trinidad and Tobago. Below are the details of our shipping services:
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major zones within **Trinidad** and **Tobago**. However, due to safety policies enforced by our courier partners, some locations with elevated crime rates may require customers to meet the courier at a safe, designated location near their village.
Package Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking capabilities, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package throughout the delivery process.
Delivery Methods & Pricing
Local Delivery
- Cost: $50 TTD
- Delivery Time: 2-5 weeks for pre-orders, 2-5 days for in-stock items (Monday-Sunday)
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or Linx on Delivery, Online Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, PayPal
- Courier Description: The courier will contact you via call or text on the day of delivery.
Free Delivery
- Cost: Free
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or Linx on Delivery, Online Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, PayPal
- Delivery Time: 3-8 weeks for pre-orders, 2-5 days for in-stock items (Monday-Saturday)
- Payment Instructions: Full payment is required either on delivery or before shipment for pre-orders, depending on customer preference.
Self-Pickup (Free)
- Location: Embacadere, San Fernando (on top of the hill, near the basketball court)
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or Online Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit
- Cost: Free
Gulf City Pickup (Free)
- Location: Gulf City Mall, La Romaine (in front of Starbucks)
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or Online Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit
- Cost: Free
Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery
Cash payment may be made either at the time of delivery or at the designated pickup location. Change will be provided where necessary.
Linx on Delivery
We accept both debit and credit cards via Linx for payment at the time of delivery.
Online Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit
Payments can be made through bank transfer or deposit to our account:

2. Return & Refund Policy
At Sinogen Clothing, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, the following policy applies:
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- In-Stock Items: Refundable and Exchangeable
- Pre-Order Items: Non-Refundable, but Exchangeable
- Custom Orders: Non-Refundable, but Exchangeable
- Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items: Jewelry, Harnesses, Garters, Swimsuits, Undergarments, Temporary Tattoos/Stickers

Exchange Fee
An exchange fee will be applied, equivalent to the original delivery fee. No return fee applies.
How to Prepare Your Package for Exchange
- Ensure the item is in original condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Failure to comply may result in a 30% restocking fee or, in extreme cases, no refund.
- Secure packaging: Place the item in a non-transparent bag and seal it properly to prevent damage or loss during transit.
- Shipping label: A new shipping label will be provided for exchanges. Please use the original shipping label for returns.
Acceptable Reasons for Return or Exchange
- Item does not fit
- Item is not as described
- Item is defective
3. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following terms:
Pre-Order Cancellation
- A 20% cancellation fee will apply if the order is canceled after it has been placed, but before the item has been shipped.
- If the pre-order item has not yet been shipped, there will be no cancellation fee.
Delivery Attempts & Order Cancellation
If the courier is unable to successfully deliver the package after **three delivery attempts**, the order will be automatically canceled, and a refund (if applicable) will be issued, minus any cancellation fees.
Blacklisted Customers
Customers who have been blacklisted due to non-payment or other issues will be required to pay for future orders in full **in advance**. These customers will not be eligible for any cancellation or return rights, unless otherwise specified.
In-Stock Item Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an **in-stock item** before it has been shipped, there will be no cancellation fee. If the item has already been shipped, our Return & Refund Policy will apply instead.

4. General Terms
By placing an order with Sinogen Clothing, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document, including our shipping, cancellation, return, and refund policies. We reserve the right to modify or update these policies at any time, with such changes becoming effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this page regularly for updates.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are placed at the customer's discretion. Sinogen Clothing will not be held responsible for any issues with custom-made items, including but not limited to discrepancies in design or quality. Please ensure that all specifications and preferences are accurately provided before placing your order.
Customs Delays
We will not be held responsible for any delays in shipments caused by customs clearance procedures. The delivery time for international shipments may vary depending on the customs processes in the destination country.
